1.1 k8k Casino ("k8k", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every individual who registers and plays on the k8k platform. This Privacy Policy describes the personal data we collect, the purposes for which we process it, how we keep it secure, and the rights available to you under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173, "DPA") and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
1.2 This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected through k8k.asia and any associated mobile-friendly interfaces, support channels, and payment systems operated by or on behalf of k8k. It forms part of the overall agreement between you and k8k, alongside the Terms & Conditions.
1.3 As a gaming platform operating within the Philippine regulatory framework, k8k is subject to both the DPA and the compliance requirements of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Where PAGCOR regulations impose obligations on k8k that affect the processing of personal data, those obligations take precedence.
2.1 For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act, k8k Casino acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) in respect of the personal data of all registered users of the Platform.
2.2 k8k has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing compliance with this Privacy Policy and Philippine data protection law. The DPO may be contacted through the support channels listed in Section 17 of this Policy.
2.3 Third-party service providers engaged by k8k (including payment processors, identity verification providers, and gaming platform technology partners) process personal data on k8k's behalf as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) under data processing agreements that impose equivalent data protection obligations. k8k remains responsible for ensuring those processors handle your data in accordance with this Policy.

9.1 k8k uses cookies, session tokens, and similar browser-based technologies to operate the Platform, maintain your login session, remember your preferences, and analyse how the Platform is used.

9.4 k8k does not place third-party advertising cookies or share browsing data with advertising networks without your explicit consent.
10.1 k8k is strictly an adult platform. Access is limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR minimum age requirements.
10.2 k8k does not knowingly collect or process personal data of individuals under 21 years of age. If k8k discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered user is under the minimum age, the Account will be suspended immediately and the matter reported to PAGCOR as required.
10.3 Parents and guardians are encouraged to use device-level parental controls and to ensure that minors do not have access to k8k.asia or any associated gaming services.
11.1 Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you may exercise any of the rights listed in Section 3 of this Policy (and described in the rights summary section above) by submitting a written request to k8k's Data Protection Officer through the support channels described in Section 17.
11.2 To protect your data, k8k will require you to verify your identity before processing any data subject rights request. Identity verification may include confirming your registered email address, mobile number, or providing a copy of your government ID.
11.3 k8k will respond to your request within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Where a request is complex or where k8k receives a high volume of requests, this period may be extended by an additional thirty (30) days, with notice to you.
11.4 There is no charge for exercising your rights. However, where requests are manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive, k8k may charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline to act on the request, with written reasons.
11.5 If you are not satisfied with k8k's handling of your rights request, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
12.1 Certain k8k service providers — including live dealer game studios and gaming software platform providers — may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to processors in other countries, k8k ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place as required by the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
12.2 These safeguards may include: data processing agreements incorporating standard contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission; adequacy assessments of the recipient country's data protection standards; or reliance on the necessity of the transfer for the performance of the contract between k8k and the Player.
12.3 k8k does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of protection without implementing the safeguards described above.
13.1 With your consent, k8k may send you promotional communications about new games, bonuses, seasonal promotions, and platform updates via SMS, email, or in-Platform notifications.
13.2 You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by: updating your notification preferences in your Account settings; clicking "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email from k8k; or contacting k8k support and requesting removal from marketing communications.
13.3 Withdrawal of consent for marketing communications does not affect your ability to receive transactional communications — such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, account security alerts, and support responses — which are sent as part of the service.
13.4 k8k does not engage in SMS marketing to numbers that have not explicitly consented, and complies with the requirements of the Philippine SIM Registration Act and applicable NTC regulations on unsolicited commercial communications.
14.1 In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a serious risk to the rights and freedoms of affected individuals, k8k will notify the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with NPC Circular No. 16-03 and subsequent amendments.
14.2 Where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to affected individuals, k8k will also notify those individuals directly via email or SMS to their registered contact details, without undue delay.
14.3 Breach notifications will include: the nature of the breach; the categories and approximate number of records affected; the likely consequences; the measures taken to address the breach; and the contact details of k8k's Data Protection Officer.
15.1 k8k may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or regulatory guidance. Material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or the way we process your data — will be communicated to you at least seven (7) days before they take effect, via email or in-Platform notification.
15.2 Non-material clarifications or typographical corrections may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will always reflect the most recent revision.
15.3 Your continued use of the Platform after a revised Privacy Policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the revised Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
16.1 This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and all applicable NPC issuances and circulars.
16.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Privacy Policy, or k8k's handling of your personal data, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to your right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
