Each individual may hold only one registered k8k account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited under PAGCOR regulations and these Terms. Multiple accounts will be merged or closed, with bonuses forfeited.

2.1 By creating a k8k Account, accessing the Platform, or using any Service, you unconditionally accept these Terms, the k8k Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies published on the Platform. These documents together constitute the entire agreement between you and k8k.
2.2 These Terms are effective from the date you register your Account and remain in force for the duration of your use of the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.3 If you are acting on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. k8k will treat your actions as binding on that person or entity.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register or use k8k. This minimum age requirement is prescribed by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. k8k strictly prohibits underage gambling and will take all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing the Platform.
3.2 Jurisdiction. The Platform is primarily intended for eligible users in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using k8k is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. k8k makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
3.3 Mental Capacity. You must be of sound mind and not acting under duress, undue influence, or impaired judgment (including due to the influence of alcohol or substances) when placing bets or making financial transactions on k8k.
3.4 Self-Exclusion Status. You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through k8k's responsible gaming tools, or imposed by PAGCOR or any other gaming regulatory authority. Attempting to register or play while subject to a self-exclusion order is a breach of these Terms.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered k8k Account at any time. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or with the assistance of third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify k8k promptly of any changes.
4.3 KYC Verification. k8k is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players. You agree to provide, upon k8k's request and without undue delay, any documentation reasonably required to complete identity verification. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your Account, including limitation of withdrawal functionality.
4.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. k8k will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.5 Account Ownership. k8k Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any interest in it to any third party. The use of another person's Account or allowing another person to use your Account is prohibited.
5.1 Accepted Methods. k8k accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online transfer. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). k8k reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your Account tier and the payment method used.
5.3 Your Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your k8k Account are from a legitimate source and are owned by you. Depositing funds that belong to third parties, or funds derived from illegal activity, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.
5.4 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your k8k Wallet within seconds. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.
5.5 Deposit Fees. k8k does not charge additional fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which k8k accepts no responsibility.
5.6 Deposit Limits. Players may set voluntary deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools in their Account settings. Once set, a deposit limit may not be increased until a minimum cooling-off period — as specified in k8k's Responsible Gaming Policy — has elapsed.
6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. You may withdraw Real Money Funds from your k8k Account at any time, subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) there being no active investigation into suspected fraud or bonus abuse on your Account.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. k8k reserves the right to require withdrawal via bank transfer for amounts above a specified threshold, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
6.3 Processing Times. Standard withdrawal requests to GCash or PayMaya are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. VIP tier Players receive expedited processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed during operational hours; requests submitted outside review windows may experience delays.
6.4 Withdrawal Fees. k8k does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Expedited processing for non-VIP accounts, or bank wire transfers above a specified amount, may be subject to a processing fee as published in the Platform's fee schedule.
6.5 Right to Verify. k8k reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal for up to seven (7) business days while conducting identity verification, fraud investigations, or compliance reviews. k8k will notify the Player of any such delay and the reason for it.
7.1 General. k8k may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional rewards to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to these Terms and any specific terms published with each promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
7.3 Game Contributions. Different game types may contribute differently toward fulfilment of wagering requirements. Live dealer games, slot games, and other categories may have varying contribution percentages as specified in the promotion terms. k8k will publish contribution rates for each active promotion.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. k8k strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; using low-risk betting strategies solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay; exploiting errors, glitches, or gaps in promotion terms; and collusion between players to exploit bonus structures. k8k reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings if abuse is detected.
7.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated free spins expire if not used within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from a Player's Account without notice.
7.6 k8k's Discretion. k8k reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including where the promotion has been published in error. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a Player has commenced participating, no bonus entitlement arises.
8.1 Random Number Generation. All games on k8k that involve an element of chance use a certified, independently audited random number generator (RNG). The RNG ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated — by k8k or by Players.
8.2 Return to Player. Each slot game and applicable table game on k8k has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage. RTP figures represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any individual Player's results.
8.3 Bet Placement. All bets placed by a Player are final once confirmed by the Platform. k8k is not liable for errors made by a Player in selecting bet amounts, game options, or bet types. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the relevant round will be voided and the bet amount returned to the Player's Wallet.
8.4 Technical Faults. k8k strives for maximum platform uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or server error during a game round, k8k will resolve the outcome using available transaction logs. k8k's decision on such matters is final.
8.5 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-time physical events (card deals, roulette wheel spins, dice rolls) conducted by human dealers on a live video stream. k8k accepts no liability for delays or interruptions caused by streaming infrastructure outside its direct control, provided that all active bets at the time of interruption are properly resolved.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following on or in connection with the k8k Platform:
10.1 k8k's Right to Suspend. k8k reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, where k8k has reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering; bonus abuse; provision of false KYC information; or any conduct that poses a risk to k8k, other Players, or the integrity of the Platform.
10.2 Closure by k8k. k8k may permanently close an Account where: a material breach of these Terms is confirmed; a Player is found to be underage; or a regulatory authority directs k8k to do so. Upon confirmed closure for cause, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account may be subject to a compliance hold pending investigation.
10.3 Closure by Player. A Player may request closure of their k8k Account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements.
10.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to stop gambling may request self-exclusion through k8k's responsible gaming tools. Self-excluded Players may not re-register or access the Platform during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion order is a breach of these Terms.
11.1 k8k is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and complying with PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards. k8k offers the following tools, accessible from every Player's Account settings:
11.2 k8k trains its support team to identify signs of problem gambling behaviour and may proactively contact Players showing such signs to offer responsible gaming resources.
11.3 21+ Only. The age restriction of 21 years is non-negotiable. k8k implements age verification at registration and through ongoing KYC processes. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use device-level parental controls to prevent access by minors.
12.1 All content on the k8k Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and the overall design and layout of the website — is owned by or licensed to k8k and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
12.2 Your access to the Platform does not grant you any ownership rights in any intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or exploit any content from the Platform for commercial purposes without k8k's express prior written consent.
12.3 The k8k name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of k8k. You may not use these marks in any way without prior written authorisation.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, k8k's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.2 k8k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether or not k8k has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.3 k8k does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. k8k makes no guarantee as to the outcome of any game and accepts no liability for gaming losses.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by k8k's negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 k8k collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the k8k Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.2 k8k may share your personal data with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other Philippine regulatory authorities where required by law. k8k will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
14.3 The Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms by reference. For the full details of how k8k handles your personal information, please refer to the k8k Privacy Policy.
15.1 k8k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on record, via an in-Platform notification, or via a notice on the k8k website, no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
15.2 Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter Player rights) may be made without prior notice.
15.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
16.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Player and k8k arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. The Player should submit a formal complaint to k8k support, and k8k undertakes to provide a written response within fourteen (14) business days.
16.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, or to the appropriate Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.
16.4 Language. All dispute proceedings and communications shall be conducted in English. These Terms are drafted in English and the English text shall prevail in any interpretation dispute.
